Leviticus 16:7-10 (NIV): “Then he is to take the two goats and present them before the Lord at the entrance to the tent of meeting. He is to cast lots for the two goats—one lot for the Lord and the other for the scapegoat. Aaron shall bring the goat whose lot falls to the Lord and sacrifice it for a sin offering.”

Seeing a black goat in a dream could spiritually mean that there are some mistakes or sins that you are bothered by. You are plagued by guilt and this is subtly affecting your whole life.
In Leviticus 16:7-10, God prescribed two goats – one to be offered to God, and one to carry sin as a scapegoat before being released into the wild. The black color of the goat you saw in the dream simply refers to the sin that the goat is symbolically carrying.
One thing to note, though, is that this is simply symbolic and representative of your forgiven mistakes and sins. It does not mean that goats offer us any redemption. Your redemption comes from Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God.
A new beginning
Leviticus 16:7-10 explains how God used to forgive the sins of the Israelites using a scapegoat. This basically meant that whoever brought the goats got a chance to have their misdeeds forgiven and cast into the sea of forgetfulness.
Ultimately, this was a chance for the repentant one to start afresh with a blank slate having just had their sins forgiven.
In this vein, seeing a black goat in the dream Biblically means that God is giving you a new start in life. It does not necessarily have to be a new start and could merely be new growth in your endeavours or life in general.
A stubborn problem will be solved
Goats are stubborn. In fact, they were used as symbols of rebellious and unrepentant people on judgment. Day, in this particular scene, Jesus had sheep on his right, representing the righteous, and goats on the left, representing the non-believers.
In your dream, the black goat you saw Biblically means a stubborn problem in your life is about to be dealt with by the power of the Holy Spirit. It could be anything from issues in your business, relationship, education, etcetera.
You need to evaluate your life
Seeing a black goat in the dream could Biblically mean that there are some things you are doing that are not in line with the will of God. If you are to fulfil the destiny that God has prepared for you, you will need to make some changes.
